About ABC Children's TV
ABC Television broadcasts approximately 32 hours of children's content each day on ABC1 and on digital channels ABC2 and ABC3. Our children's programs are supported by extensive online content including catch-up video, games, blogs and message boards. Children's content is differentiated between pre-school (ABC for Kids) and school-aged (ABC3).

ABC for Kids
ABC for Kids programs are designed to appeal to pre-school children aged up to 5 years. They are broadcast on digital channel ABC2 each weekday from 9am to 6pm and on weekends from 6am to 6pm.
ABC for Kids content also screens on ABC1 each weekday from 8am to 10am and 3pm to 4pm, and on Sundays from 6.30am to 7.30am.
ABC3 is a digital channel entirely dedicated to young Australians aged 6-15 years. ABC3 broadcasts from 6am to 9pm daily and offers a wide range of programming for this age group including drama, comedy, adventure, reality, action, music, news and current affairs, gaming, documentary and more.
School-age (ABC3) content is also broadcast on ABC1 6am-8am and 4pm-6pm weekdays, and 8am-9am on Sundays.
