Didak fearful of upsetting gunman

A Melbourne man who fired a gun from his car while out drinking with AFL footballer, Alan Didak, has pleaded guilty to a firearms charge.
Documents tendered to the court show 29 year old Christopher Wayne Hudson met Collingwood player Alan Didak at a city nightclub in June 2007.
They were driving over the Bolte Bridge, in Melbourne, when Hudson showed Didak a black handgun and fired shots out of the window.
The documents show Didak told police he was afraid of Hudson and did not want to upset him.
Didak also told police he was "fairly well intoxicated" on the night of the incident.
Hudson has pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person using an unregistered firearm. He will return to court for other matters on Monday.
