The investment bank Macquarie Group has foreshadowed weak profits from some of its businesses, blaming uncertain market conditions. It says three divisions including the key Macquarie Capital business are likely to post lower earnings this financial year than the last if the market conditions experienced in the June quarter don't improve. The Federal Opposition Leader Tony Abbott has been campaigning today in the South Australian marginal seat of Sturt where he's announced funding to students with disabilities. Mr Abbott says the Coalition's policy will trump the Government's $180 million pledge to support disabled children by $134 million. More
